UKM Perspective held a Campus Life photos ExhibitionUKM Perspektif Pamerkan Foto Campus Life

Darussalam | Student Activity Unit ( UKM ) Student Publishing Committee ( LPM ) Perspective exhibited photographs of  campus life in an exhibition themed  “Campus Life”. The exhibition held in the campus garden of Faculty of Economics Unsyiah on Wednesday ( 02/04/2014 ) . The photo exhibition that opened by the Vice Dean III Nashrillah Anis SE MM exhibited various kinds of activities and the dynamics of life around the campus of the Faculty of Economics . In his speech , Nashrillah advised that this activity might be one of motivation and appreciation for students to be more active taking part in the campus . ” UKM Perspective should be able to publish various kinds of academic and non- academic activities to the broader community . This is intended to introduce campus life to the community . For the students themselves , their success is also determined from their creativity during being a student”, he concluded .

This UKM Perspective annual event is also intended to record the history of the Faculty of Economics in the form of photographs . In addition to photos taken by the members of Perspective , there were also photos taken by the winners Campus Life photograph contest, entitled ” Interpreting Trottoir Functions Threatens Pedestrian “, students of Faculty of Sosial and Politics Unsyiah,  M. General Leader LPM Perspective, Mizla Sadrina, in his speech hoped that this activitiy can motivate students to be more active in campus . ” We want all students to know that ‘ this is the Faculty of Economics ‘, with all of its components and elements, so that people will notice that Faculty of Economics is not only a campus, but it is also  a home for its  student” .

This exhibition that lasted for 3 days was also attended by former General Leader of  Perspective for the period of 1993-1995, Jeliteng Pribadi, SE, MM, MA  who currently positioned as Vice Dean IV, Faculty of Economics, Unsyiah . In his speech , Jeliteng asked that this annual event should continue to get better and better from time to time , both in terms of the technical and quality of the photos displayed. ” We have made this event almost every year for the last 20 years . Thus , there should be a lesson of the each year .This year should be better than last year . The photographs exhibited must be able to capture all forms of formal and non-formalactivities in the campus, either during the lecture or off-lecture , “he added while giving examples of some scenes that should not be missed to be covered .

We hope with this kind of activities, the students are encouraged to go to  campus  not only to attend the classes , but also participate in campus activities that have been provided”, added Elias Muammar as Photo Exhibition chief committee.

Finally, this exhibition received a positive response from the hundreds of it svisitors . This is seen from voting ‘Like or Dislike ‘, that showed the number ‘ Like’ outweigh the number of  ‘ Dislike ‘ . [ Perspective ]

Darussalam |  Unit Kegiatan Mahasiswa (UKM) Lembaga Penerbitan Mahasiswa (LPM) Perspektif memamerkan foto-foto kehidupan kampus dalam sebuah Pameran bertema Campus Life di area hijau kampus Fekon Unsyiah pada Rabu (02/04/2014). Pameran foto yang dibuka oleh Pembantu Dekan III Nashrillah Anis SE MM ini memamerkan berbagai bentuk kegiatan dan dinamika kehidupan di sekitar kampus Fakultas Ekonomi. Dalam sambutannya, Nashrillah berpesan agar kegiatan ini dapat menjadi salah satu bentuk motivasi dan apresiasi bagi mahasiswa untuk lebih aktif berkiprah di kampus. “UKM Perspektif harus mampu mempublikasikan berbagai bentuk kegiatan akademik dan non akademik kepada masyarakat luas. Hal ini dimaksudkan untuk lebih memperkenalkan kehidupan kampus kepada masyarakat. Untuk mahasiswa sendiri, keberhasilannya juga ditentukan dari kreatifitasnya selama masih menjadi mahasiswa,” pungkasnya.
Agenda tahunan UKM Perspektif ini dimaksudkan untuk merekam sejarah Fakultas Ekonomi dalam bentuk foto. Selain foto-foto anggota Perspektif, juga dipamerkan foto pemenang lomba foto Campus Life yang berjudul “Alih Fungsi Trotoar Ancam Pejalan Kaki” oleh mahasiswa Fisip Unsyiah M. Roestian.

Pemimpin Umum LPM Perspektif Mizla Sadrina dalam sambutannya berharap kegiatan ini dapat memotivasi mahasiswa untuk lebih aktif di kampus. ”Kami ingin seluruh mahasiswa tahu bahwa ‘ini lho ekonomi itu’, dengan seluruh komponen dan unsur-unsur di dalamnya sehingga orang-orang yang sebelumnya hanya mengetahui Fakultas Ekonomi itu hanya kampus, sekarang mengetahui bahwa Fakultas Ekonomi bukanlah hanya kampus, tetapi menjadi rumah bagi mahasiswa/i nya”.
Pameran yang berlangsung selama 3 hari ini turut dihadiri oleh mantan Pemimpin Umum Perspektif periode 1993-1995 Jeliteng Pribadi SE MM MA yang saat ini menjabat sebagai PD IV FEkon Unsyiah. Dalam sambutannya, Jeliteng meminta kegiatan tahunan ini harus terus bertambah baik dari waktu-ke waktu, baik dari segi teknis penyelenggaraan maupun kualitas foto yang ditampilkan. “Kita telah membuat kegiatan ini hampir setiap tahun selama 20 tahun terakhir. Oleh karena itu, harus ada pembelajaran dari penyelenggaraan setiap tahunnya. Tahun ini harus lebih baik dari tahun lalu. Foto-foto yang dipamerkan harus mampu menangkap segala bentuk kegiatan formil maupun non-formil di kampus. Pada saat kuliah maupun di luar waktu jam kuliah,” tambahnya sambil memberi contoh beberapa adegan yang tidak boleh luput untuk diliput.
Kami harap dengan adanya kegiatan seperti ini, mahasiswa tidak hanya datang ke kampus hanya untuk mengikuti kelas saja, tetapi juga berpartisipasi pada kegiatan-kegiatan kampus yang telah disediakan.” tambah Muammar Ilyas selaku Ketua Panitia Pameran Foto.

Pameran yang mengambil tempat di area hijau Fakultas Ekonomi ini mendapat respon positif dari ratusan pengunjung. Ini terlihat dari voting ‘Like or Dislike’ yang menampilkan lebih banyaknya ‘Like’ ketimbang ‘Dislike’. [Perspektif]
